Snappy Kraken embarked on a deliberate journey to enhance user support and engagement within its rapidly growing member community, recognizing the critical role of self-service capabilities in managing the increasing membership numbers reflective of its dynamic growth trajectory.

Problem Statement

The challenge was to create a user-centric experience that empowers knowledge, enhances proficiency, and fosters community engagement. The solution encompassed the integration of a Success Center, a 90-Day Accelerator learning system, and dynamic resources to prioritize user needs
